Labour Party members defect to the Conservatives

Lifelong Labour members Baldev and Surinder Arora threw away their Labour membership cards on Wednesday in order to join the Conservatives. And Conservative Party Chairman, Caroline Spellman, was on hand to welcome them to the Conservative Party. Despite having been Labour members for 40 years, Mr and Mrs Arora will be backing Tony Lit at the by-election on Thursday July 19th.
